Seattle Thunderbirds defenseman Tyrel Bauer encourages all Washingtonians to Mask Up as part of Safe Start Washington to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
The Washington Department of Health says staying home is still the most effective way to reduce the spread of COVID-19, but face coverings, along with proper physical distancing, can help to significantly stem the spread. Now that many counties are partially reopened it’s critical that people wear masks and practice physical distancing in public.
You can help each county in Washington meet their goals in a phased reopening by wearing a mask. We look forward to starting our season on December 4, which we can only do with your help in stopping COVID-19.
