Roddy Ross Selected By Philadelphia Flyers at NHL Draft

KENT, June 22, 2019 — Goalie Roddy Ross was selected by the Philadelphia Flyers in the sixth round, 169th overall, at the 2019 NHL Draft in Vancouver, British Columbia, today.

Ross, born July 4, 2000, signed a WHL Standard Player Agreement with the team on January 1, 2019. In 25 regular season games with the T-Birds he was 16-5-1-2 with a .919 save percentage and a 2.76 goals against average. Ross joined the T-Birds from the Camrose Kodiaks in the AJHL.

Ross was ranked number 17 among North American goalies in the final NHL Central Scouting Draft rankings.
