The Seattle Thunderbirds Street Team is an all volunteer group of T-Birds fans that help promote the team at local fairs, festivals and parades.
We would love to have you come and visit the Street Team at any of the summer events we will be attending. For full list of our events click on the "2015 Summer Events" link below.
For every hour that a Street Team member volunteers they get a point. Those points are redeemable for a wide array of T-Birds merchandise, including tickets, after Labor Day.
To participate in a Street Team event check out the events the team will be attending by clicking on the link below. If you see an event you would like to participate in contact the T-Birds by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Make sure to include all the information requested. We will get in contact with you to confirm your interest after receiving your information. We will inform you more about the event and provide logistical instructions as well as directions.
The Street Team is usually looking for members to run the puck shoot booth or be a handler for Cool Bird at scheduled summer events. It is possible we add more events over the course of the summer. Fill out the Street Team Participation Form below to take part in one of the scheduled events.
Reward system For every hour spent at a T-Birds Street Team event, the Street Team member receives a point. Points accumulate over the course of the summer. After Labor Day the Street Team member can redeem the points for the T-Birds prizes listed below.
Prizes 10 Pts: 2 Tickets to a T-Birds preseason game 20 Pts: Autographed picture of favorite player 30 Pts: Team autographed hockey stick 40 Pts: $150 T-Birds Gift Certificate 65 Pts: Suite Night for T-Birds game during 2015-16 season. (Suite night mutually agreed upon by team and Street Team member and based on availability)
Recording points The T-Birds will keep track at the events of points earned by Street Team members. These points will be updated and accessible on the Street Team page on the T-Birds website.
